Send a Support Letter

AB 12 passed successfully out of the Assembly Human Services Committee on April 14, 2009, and was passed by the full Assembly in January 2010. AB 12 will be heard in the Senate Human Services Committee on Tuesday, June 8, in Room 3191 in the State Capitol in Sacramento.

If successful in the Senate Human Services Committee, AB 12 will move onto the Senate Judiciary Committee in May and then the Senate Appropriations Committee, followed by a vote of the full Senate by August 31. After this stage, AB 12 would be sent to the Governor, who must sign or veto it by September 30.
